The Invitation

The land is calling — and so is that part of you…

If you feel the pull — toward the kind of exploration that only raw earth and open sky can offer, toward practices that expand and release — this retreat was made for you. You'll practice deeply, explore the land with someone who has walked the trails and felt the energy of the sacred vortex sites, make things with your hands, sit in silence, and laugh until it's late. You'll try things you haven't tried before. You'll go somewhere in yourself you've been meaning to get to.

Arrive at our private sanctuary in Oak Creek Canyon. From the moment you cross the calm waters and enter the space, your days are carefully curated to weave together, practice, rest, exploration, and integration. Every meal is prepared by our private chef, Deanna, who tailors each dish to the energy of the day. Every evening is held under the dark night sky — gathered in circle by the fire, or soaking in the saltwater spa beneath the stars. You simply show up and let the week do its work.

We close under the Full Moon — a time of completion, illumination, and release.

THE LOCATION

Sedona opens something up in people. She is a powerful landscape — wise, vast, and full of wonder. Our retreat home is perched above Oak Creek, surrounded on all sides by the expansive red rock landscape. With luxurious private and communal spaces. Enjoy quiet corners for reflection and a saltwater spa under the stars. There is something about this place that gets inside you.

All practices and meals are held here at the retreat home — the heart of our experience together. Walk down to the creek. Sit with the view. Feel the scale of what's around you. The indoor and outdoor practice spaces and living areas foster creativity and community, while every meal is lovingly prepared in the chef's kitchen by our private chef.

The home accommodates up to six on-site guests. For those who prefer a little more independence overnight, off-site options are available nearby — you'll join us for every practice, meal, and experience, and simply retreat to your own space in the evenings.

The Practice

IYENGAR YOGA

We practice twice daily — weaving active asana, restorative postures, and pranayama into a continuous thread that supports you through the arc of the week. Each session is tailored to where we are in the journey: opening, building, and ultimately releasing what no longer serves. All levels welcome. All props provided.

Guided Exploration

SACRED VORTEX

Embark on guided adventures through Sedona's sacred landscapes, where the land itself becomes an integral part of your practice. Explore vortex sites, breathtaking trails, and the enchanting terrain of Oak Creek Canyon — the earth here is a teacher in its own right.

Pottery & More

CREATIVE EXPRESSION

Hands in clay, something made. The creative sessions provide a space to slow down and explore through a meditative medium. Alongside pottery, we move through guided creative and reflective sessions including journaling and intentional making. You don't have to be an artist. You just have to show up.

Daily Practice

PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION

The art of conscious breath that cultivates awareness, steadies the nervous system, and opens the inner landscape. Meditation weaves through the week as well, deepening your connection to the inner and outer realms. These are practices you can carry home.

NOURISHMENT

Mornings begin with fruit, coffee, and tea before practice. Brunch and dinner are prepared each day by our private chef, Deanna — who works closely with us to tailor every meal to the energy and activities of the day. The food is nourishing, beautiful, and deeply aligned with the work we're doing together.

Nourishment is an integral part of the experience

Guided Immersion

SOUND JOURNEY & BREATHWORK

Our closing immersion weaves together an acoustic sound journey and cathartic breathwork — two powerful modalities held as one continuous experience. The layered tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Tibetan flute, gongs, chimes, frame drums, and didgeridoo carry you inward, while the breathwork opens what the week has been preparing.

Every person who has experienced this has been moved by it.

Tiffany Bergin seated in meditation on red rock with sun rays bursting through

I keep coming back to Sedona because of the wisdom this land holds. There is something here that cannot be replicated — an ancient intelligence in the red rock, a quality of light and silence that meets you exactly where you are. Paired with deep practice, nourishment from the food, the night sky, and the energetic power of an intimate group of humans who say yes at exactly the right moment — something remarkable becomes possible.

What I have witnessed time and again are people who arrive carrying their own story, their own questions, their own curiosity — and leave having found their way back to what is essential; expanded, recalibrated, and more fully themselves. They support and uplevel one another in the process. It is my honor to create a container and hold the space for such transformation.

Have Questions?

FAQS

What if I don't have yoga experience?

No problem! Some of our registrants don't either, and if you haven't ever taken a class from me, I can assure you that ALL are welcome — that is the beauty of Iyengar yoga.

What if I prefer more alone time?

With a balanced mix of time for group activities and quiet alone time, we respect that some of us prefer more time to reconnect with ourselves while retreating. You are welcome to attend as little or as much as you feel each day — no pressure.

Where do I fly into?

Phoenix is my top recommendation — it offers the most nonstop flights and the most economical fares. Flagstaff and Sedona airports are also options if they work better for your routing.

Will I need a car?

No car needed. The simplest option is the Groome Transportation shuttle from Phoenix Sky Harbor directly to Sedona — they can drop at or very near the retreat home. Once you arrive, on-site guests have access to the retreat vehicle for all excursions, vortex explorations, and group outings throughout the week. I will coordinate all pickups and drop-offs, and get you back to the shuttle on departure day. If you prefer to rent a car for personal flexibility, or if you are staying off-site, cars can be rented in Phoenix or through Enterprise in Sedona.

What about meals — will we go out to dinner?

We stay in. Every meal is prepared by our private chef, Deanna, and enjoyed together at the retreat home. Each day includes morning refreshments (fruit, coffee, and tea), a nourishing brunch, and a beautiful dinner. Deanna works closely with us to tailor each meal to the energy and activities of the day. You will have the opportunity to share any dietary needs directly with her.

Can I stay off-site?

Yes — the retreat home accommodates up to six on-site guests, and we welcome up to nine participants total. For those who prefer a little more privacy and independence overnight, off-site accommodation recommendations are available nearby. You will join us for every practice, meal, and experience, and simply retreat to your own space in the evenings. Please reach out and I will share my recommended nearby options.

What if I need to make payments?

Yes — a deposit holds your spot ($550 for Priority Access, $600 for Standard), with two equal installments due July 8 and August 26, 2026. If you need additional flexibility beyond that, please reach out directly. It is most important to me that all who want to attend have the opportunity to do so.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your deposit is non-refundable — $550 for Priority Access, $600 for Standard. The remaining balance is paid in two equal installments: the first due July 8, 2026, and the second due August 26, 2026. If you need to cancel within 14 days of the retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire commitment unless I can fill your space, in which case you will be refunded your installment payments.
